Winds calm and temperatures drop in today’s Minneapolis weather forecast
As of 6:30 a.m., the writing of this forecast, the temperatures in the Twin Cities are in the single digits – 7 degrees – with a wind chill value of -12, thanks to 20+mph winds. Yikes.
Well, today we see those winds calm today, back to a more moderate 5-10 mph, and as a result wind chill values drop. Looking ahead, we have more moderate temperatures making their way in once again. Here’s a look at your Minneapolis 7 day forecast (and St. Paul 7 day forecast):
Looking toward Friday to Saturday, we dodge a storm system that at one point looked like it would impact us in the Twin Cities. Instead, it goes to our south and impacts the Iowa/MN border and WI/Illinois border.
Instead, we stay dry and cloudy on Saturday, with temperatures in the lower 30s through Monday. Stay tuned!
