Early rain in Minneapolis forecast
We’re looking at a line of showers coming through the Twin Cities in the early going of the day. You can see some showers moving through on the radar view, as of 6:30 a.m. this morning:
You can see showers passing through Minneapolis currently (as of 6:30 a.m.) but additionally puffs of showers/storms moving through the area afterward, coming in from the northwest.

Looking further ahead, you can see temperatures back in the middle to upper 80s, starting Friday. With that heat and increased humidity you start to see storm chances show up once again.
We’ll see overnight/PM storms Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. With sunshine returning Tuesday.
